According to the World Health Organization, 1 billion disabled people have lived in the world. These disabled people like others need to travel have a holiday have a rest have a fun. So it is very important to find solutions by determining disabled people’s needs and requests. This study aims to make suggestions related to disabled tourism market by determinig tourism perception for destination management. This study’s target group consists of disabled people who get service at least ones from accommodation business where are located in Antalya. So 392 disabled people were surveyed by trip agencies and associations between 5st february and 25st february in Antalya. Survey form consists of two parts. In the first part there are some questions aimed at measuring disabled people’s tourism perception. In the second part expression for measuring disabled peoples’s age, sex educational status, marital status, monthly income, aim of get service and frequency of getting service are placed. In this study level of disabled people’s perception was tried to determine and searched relations between perception and demographical data. For this percentage frequency, crosstab Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis were used In the result of search, trip agencies service for the disabled and tours fort he disabled are inaduquate was determined. Accommodation businesses bath, toilet, staircase and rooms are not suitable to the disabled was determined. Muesums, historical places, transportation vehicles and shpping centers in the tourism destinations are not accessible to the disabled. However, the disabled’s the greatest expectations are gaining stimulus of state to joın tourism activities were pointed out. Besides,the disabled’s expectations are differinciated according to obstacle kinds were determined. The disableds want to engage in tourism activities with other people in accessible destination places is pointed out looking results of search.
