This study was intended to define the Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors (VAS) of vocational college students and the socio-demographic factors that affecting these behaviors. The research sample consisted of 150 students selected by simple random sampling method. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the SYBD scale, which was developed by Walker et al. (1987) and validated by Esin (1997), was 0.91. Number-percentage calculation, mean, t-test and one way ANOVA were used in the evaluation of the data. In this study demographic variables were found to be statistically significant difference between gender, exercise, regular nutrition, place to live, number of people staying in the room and SYBD scale (p <0,05). The total score averaged by the students on the SYBD scale was found to be 120.58 ± 21.69. The highest total score of the SYBD scale was 36.67 ± 7.22, and the lowest total score was 10.25 ± 3.83, which was the exercise habit subscale. As a result, it can be stated that the total score average of the students taking the SYBD scale is high when compared to the literature, and activities should be done to improve the subscales of the SYBD scale.
